  The staff is AMAZING!!! Well organized. My sunrise flight was breathtaking and an experience I’ll never forget. The staff is so friendly. Our pilot, Chris was GREAT!!! He explained what we were seeing. I felt so safe with him, 6,800 ft above the ground!!! We were the first balloon in the air and came down just before the others came down. We had more air time. And afterwards a mimosa toast to a safe trip and a grand time!!! This organization is AWESOME!!! A great value!!!!! It is treasured memory!! Thank you to your staff for everything!!

  Our sunrise hot air balloon ride with World Balloon was truly one of the highlights of our trip to New Mexico. From the moment we arrived, the entire crew was welcoming, organized, and focused on making everyone feel comfortable and safe. Watching the balloon inflate was an experience in itself, and once we lifted off, the views of the Rio Grande Valley and the Sandia Mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The flight was incredibly peaceful—far smoother than I ever imagined. Our pilot was knowledgeable, entertaining, and took the time to explain how ballooning works while pointing out landmarks along the way. You could tell the entire team genuinely loves what they do. The traditional champagne toast, light refreshments, and commemorative flight certificate at the end were the perfect finishing touches to an unforgettable morning. If you're considering a hot air balloon ride in Albuquerque, I can't recommend World Balloon enough. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that exceeded every expectation, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

  Riding with World Balloon was truly a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience. From the moment we arrived at sunrise to watch the balloon inflate, the crew made everything feel smooth, safe, and exciting. Their pilots are known for being some of the most experienced and personable in Albuquerque, and it absolutely shows — they combine skill with a warm, welcoming energy that puts you instantly at ease. Once we lifted off, the flight was breathtaking. Floating peacefully over the Rio Grande Valley as the sun came up felt surreal — calm, beautiful, and unforgettable. World Balloon has been flying for over 50 years, and the quality of the experience reflects that level of expertise and care. I especially appreciated the attention to detail: the smooth takeoff, the pilot’s stories, the stunning views, and the celebratory touches after landing. Many reviewers mention the same highlights — the professionalism, the fun atmosphere, and the overall excellence — and I can now say firsthand that they absolutely deserve their top ratings and Travelers’ Choice awards. Sharing this ride with my dad and fellow SWACDA members made it even more meaningful. It was a bucket‑list moment I’ll never forget, and World Balloon made it extraordinary.   From start to finish, World Balloon provides you with an experience of a lifetime. You are not just a customer to them, you are family. The camaraderie amongst them was incredible. They walk you through every step of the process, as safety is their top priority. Chris was our pilot. His professionalism, knowledge of the industry and sense of humor made the trip even more enjoyable. The scenery is fantastic. Once you touch down and all the equipment is packed, we were treated to a champagne toast along with some tasty treats. Murray, the owner, tells a great story on the history of ballooning. A special shout out to Leslie. They say first impression is important and she had us sold within the first two minutes of our conversation. She said "We are not the biggest, but we are the best" and she is absolutely correct. Thank you all again for a trip of a lifetime. The South Carolina Boys
