Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adventure Hubs, a product of Modern Adventure. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Adventure Hubs.

1. Description of Service

Adventure Hubs provides a self-service platform that allows adventure tour operators to:

  • Create a branded operator website at a subdomain of adventuretourhubs.com
  • List their business in the public Adventure Hubs tour operator directory
  • Access operational tools including live GPS group tracking, digital waiver collection, dispatch management, and photo handoff

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@adventuretourhubs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per operator. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any service limitation is prohibited.

3. Operator Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all business information, descriptions, and contact details displayed in your directory listing
  • Obtaining all licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate your tour business in your jurisdiction
  • The safety of your guests during any tour or activity you conduct
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to guided tours, outdoor recreation, and consumer protection
  • Any bookings, payments, and disputes with your customers — Adventure Hubs is a software platform, not a party to any transaction between you and your guests

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Adventure Hubs to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
  • Impersonate another operator or business
  • Upload content that infringes on any intellectual property right
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.

5. Directory Listings and Public Content

Business information you publish through Adventure Hubs becomes part of a public directory indexed by search engines. By publishing this information, you grant Modern Adventure a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of the Adventure Hubs directory service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Adventure Hubs platform, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Modern Adventure. You retain ownership of your business name, branding, and the content you provide. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Adventure Hubs platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Adventure Hubs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. GPS tracking accuracy and connectivity may vary based on device, network, and terrain conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Adventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Adventure Hubs. This includes, without limitation, any loss of revenue, loss of data, or harm resulting from incidents that occur during tours you operate.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your public directory listing will be removed. Data stored in your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Adventure Hubs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.
