Most operators are live within a week. You set up your branding, add your routes, and create guide accounts — we walk you through the whole process. If you have routes already recorded, you can be running your first tour the same day you sign up.

Do guests need to download anything?

No. Guests open the waiver, photo handoff page, and post-tour review link in their phone browser. There is no app store download required. Your guides use the native app for GPS tracking — they download it once.

Can guides use it offline?

Yes. GPS tracking and route recording work fully offline. Data syncs automatically when guides get back in cell range. Guides in remote canyons or low-signal mountain terrain will still have full route and SOS capability.

Yes. We read your booking manifest from FareHarbor, Peek Pro, Xola, Rezdy, and Bokun. Customer names, contact info, and booking details flow into your dispatch screen automatically — no re-entry. We never touch your booking revenue or customer payments.

How does live tracking work?

Guides open the Adventure Hubs app and start a tour. Their GPS position — and any guest locations who opt in — updates on the dispatch map every 10 seconds. The dispatch screen shows all active tours simultaneously. No additional hardware needed.

What happens in an SOS emergency?

Any guide or opted-in guest can tap the SOS button. This immediately broadcasts their GPS coordinates and a headcount to all connected guides and your dispatch station. The alert stays active until manually cleared. Average response time drops from minutes to under 10 seconds.

How does the photo handoff work?

Guides take photos during the tour using the app camera or their regular phone camera synced to the tour. At tour end, a unique link is sent to each guest via text. The guest page shows their photos, a tip link, and a review prompt. No email. No Dropbox. No friction.

Is it secure? How is waiver data stored?

Waiver signatures are stored encrypted in a SOC 2 compliant database with automatic backups. Each waiver is timestamped, IP-logged, and permanently associated with the guest and booking record. You can export all waivers as PDFs at any time. We retain records for a minimum of 7 years.
