Indian River Fishing Charters runs guided inshore fishing trips out of Indian River Inlet, targeting striped bass, summer flounder, weakfish, and bluefish across the Indian River Bay and the nearshore Atlantic. The inlet is a notorious tidal funnel where the bay drains under the iconic Indian River Inlet Bridge, creating fast-moving rip lines and structure that hold bait through the spring run and the fall striper migration. Charters work the bay flats and channels for flounder, drift the rips for stripers and blues, and run short offshore hops to the Old Grounds and the inshore wreck network for sea bass and tautog. The bay sits between Bethany Beach and Dewey, inside Delaware Seashore State Park, with launches from Indian River Marina serving the boat all season.
